من داخل التطبيق (فورًا)
- افتح توصيلات وسجّل الدخول.
- اضغط على أيقونة الإعدادات.
- اختر حذف الحساب ثم أكّد.
يُحذف الحساب مباشرة، وتُلغى طلباتك المفتوحة.
بدون التطبيق (عبر البريد)
أرسل من البريد الإلكتروني المسجّل في حسابك رسالة إلى tawseelat@alm3mri.com بعنوان «حذف الحساب». سنتحقق من أن البريد يخصك، ونحذف الحساب خلال ٣٠ يومًا ونؤكد لك ذلك.
ما الذي يُحذف
- الملف الشخصي: الاسم، ورقم واتساب، والصورة الشخصية، والبريد الإلكتروني.
- طلباتك، والعناوين المحفوظة، والطلبات التي قبلتها.
- التقييمات والبلاغات وقائمة الحظر المرتبطة بحسابك.
- تسجيلات الإشعارات على أجهزتك.
ما قد يبقى لفترة
- ملفات الصور التي رفعتها تُفصل عن حسابك فورًا، وتُحذف نهائيًا خلال ٣٠ يومًا عند طلبك عبر البريد.
- النسخ الاحتياطية لقاعدة البيانات، لفترة محدودة قبل أن تُستبدل تلقائيًا.

In the app (immediate)
- Open Tawseelat and sign in.
- Tap the Settings icon.
- Choose Delete account and confirm.
Your account is deleted straight away and any open deliveries are cancelled.
Without the app (by email)
From the email address on your account, write to tawseelat@alm3mri.com with the subject "Delete my account". We will confirm the address is yours, delete the account within 30 days, and let you know.
What is deleted
- Your profile: name, WhatsApp number, profile photo and email address.
- Your deliveries, saved addresses and the deliveries you accepted.
- The ratings, reports and block list tied to your account.
- Notification registrations for your devices.
What may remain for a time
- Photo files you uploaded are detached from your account at once, and permanently erased within 30 days if you ask by email.
- Database backups, for a limited period before they are overwritten.
